I first stepped on stage at age 5 with my beginning ballet class and never wanted to leave. Sci-fi/fantasy conventions – and cosplay – followed just a few years later. I’m equally at home in Shakespeare and musical theatre, at the Renaissance faire, in indie films, or on the cosplay competition stage, where I’ve presented at the master level since 1994.
As a member of several cosplay volunteer organizations, I have extensive experience with engaging convention attendees, asking questions from adults and entertaining littles. I’m especially interested in helping grow the community at smaller cons and sharing my experience with newer cosplayers, whether they’re looking to hone their techical skills, making the most of limited resources, or exercising their creativity with original designs.
